Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee exact color display on all devices.

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include/exclude taxes where indicated.
Prices may change at any time, but the price charged is the one shown at the time your order is confirmed.

To exercise this right, items must be returned in accordance with our return conditions listed below.
8. Returns & Hygiene Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Items must include original packaging
Important – Hygiene Items (Lingerie)
For hygiene reasons, lingerie and intimate items must:
- Be unworn
- Be unwashed
- Have all hygiene seals and tags intact
We reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not fully respected.
9. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: up to 10 business days
Banks or payment providers may require additional time to complete the transaction.
10. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
11. Liability
Fashione Shanone is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
